The Learn America Do America (LADA) Program is a mentorship-driven trade and capacity-building initiative administered by the U.S. Embassy for Peace (USEP), a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity. Through structured two-way business mentorship exchanges, the program connects U.S. businesses, professionals, and institutions with entrepreneurs, government agencies, and development stakeholders in emerging markets to promote trade, investment, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and economic diplomacy. Partner2Connect Digital Coalition (P2C)
Partner2Connect (P2C) is ITU's global multistakeholder platform that helps the private sector, governments, and development partners mobilize partnerships, technical expertise, and investment opportunities to advance universal meaningful connectivity and sustainable digital transformation. Through P2C “pledges”, where so far over 1000 pledges valued at over 82B USD from over 500 organizations have been made, the private sector, governments, and all stakeholders can showcase commitments, connect with potential partners and investment opportunities, and ultimately accelerate the implementation of digital projects.
AI Skills Coalition
The AI Skills Coalition is the UN-leading global and open platform on AI education and capacity building, led by ITU. Counting nearly 80 confirmed partners and featuring over 230 training courses, the Coalition aims at bridging the AI skills gap and providing cutting-edge, accessible learning and training resources on AI literacy for the general public at all levels, and for certain priority categories especially (including women, developing countries and young people).

ITU Academy
The ITU Academy serves as the ITU’s gateway for capacity development, reaching over 115,000 users (of which 90% are from developing countries) and delivering more than 220 courses annually. It offers a comprehensive catalogue covering topics such as emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation, digital inclusion, e-government, networks, statistics and big data, regulation, and spectrum management (available at https://academy.itu.int/training-courses/full-catalogue). Courses are delivered primarily online through instructor-led formats, complemented by face-to-face and blended learning, and all follow a standardized quality assurance process supported by a robust impact evaluation framework.
