CEED provides Christ-centered economic empowerment and education to vulnerable young people in Ghana. It supports entrepreneurs who use their gifts to serve their communities and contribute to regional economic development.
About This Offer
The Centre for Empowerment and Enterprise Development (CEED), Adidome formerly International Needs Vocational Training Centre (INVTC) is a private, technical/vocational and entrepreneurial training centre established by INGH in 1991. CEED empowers young people through skills training to be economically and socially independent, secured and empowered to enable them contribute to the development of society. CEED provides training in three areas: Fashion and Design, Hospitality Management and Cosmetology. Located in a serene and congenial environment, the Centre promotes peaceful, friendly and focused learning atmosphere for students. It provides the requisite infrastructure, equipment, motivation and qualified dedicated staff that give quality vocational and entrepreneurial training to students and prepare them to be competitive in their chose fields. Significantly, the Centre has contributed to the moral, economic, spiritual, physical and social development of young women in society and the nation at large. Most of these trained women are currently independent and self-employed in their own income generating ventures.
Limitations
Most participants are supported through a sponsorship model at $38/ month. Current capacity 300, with room to expand.

U.S. government agencies, allied governments, private sector companies, and international organizations are invited to submit offers for inclusion in the library. All submissions are reviewed for alignment with Trade Over Aid principles.
