Through the Commodity for Aid (CFA) Campaign, the program connects governments, businesses, educational institutions, philanthropies, and development partners with practical tools, training, mentorship, and investment facilitation mechanisms that support economic growth and self-reliance.
About This Offer
The Mentorship Engagement Office (MEO) offers a comprehensive capacity-building platform under the Commodity for Aid (CFA) Campaign that supports the transition from traditional aid dependency toward sustainable trade, investment, enterprise development, and shared prosperity. The program delivers:

The offer is designed for national governments, local governments, ministries, educational institutions, chambers of commerce, development agencies, youth organizations, women-led enterprises, and private-sector partners. Where appropriate, the program may facilitate access to strategic investment partners, trade promotion opportunities, business development services, project preparation assistance, mentorship networks, and public-private partnership platforms. The program leverages collaborative relationships developed through the U.S.–Nigeria Shared Prosperity Framework, the National Head Start Development Initiative (NHSDI), the International Integrated Water and Prosperity Centre (IIWPC) initiative, the American Mentorship Building Society (AMBS), the American Mentorship Ambassadors (AMA) network, Billionaires in Solidarity (BIS), and other aligned public, private, philanthropic, and development-sector partners. Financing opportunities, investment facilitation, and technical assistance may be available on a project-by-project basis subject to eligibility requirements, due diligence, partner participation, and applicable laws and regulations. Training may be delivered virtually or in person. Costs vary depending on program scope, participant numbers, and implementation requirements. Certain introductory mentoring, stakeholder sensitization, and partnership development services may be provided at no cost through collaborative arrangements. Financing opportunities may be available through participating public-sector, private-sector, philanthropic, and development-finance partners on a project-by-project basis.
