The Learn America Do America (LADA) Program is a mentorship-driven trade and capacity-building initiative administered by the U.S. Embassy for Peace (USEP), a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity. Through structured two-way business mentorship exchanges, the program connects U.S. businesses, professionals, and institutions with entrepreneurs, government agencies, and development stakeholders in emerging markets to promote trade, investment, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and economic diplomacy. The program supports the transition from traditional aid dependency toward sustainable prosperity through mentorship, trade, and private-sector collaboration.

Learn America Do America (LADA) National Expatriate Mentorship Strategy (NEMS) Capacity Building Through Trade, Mentorship, and Shared Prosperity The U.S. Embassy for Peace (USEP) is a United States 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to advancing peace, prosperity, and international cooperation through mentorship diplomacy, economic empowerment, and capacity building. The Learn America Do America (LADA) Program is USEP's flagship international mentorship and development platform designed to facilitate structured two-way business mentorship exchanges between U.S. businesses and entrepreneurs in developing countries. The program is implemented in collaboration with participating governments, chambers of commerce, educational institutions, development organizations, and private-sector partners. LADA is founded on the principle that sustainable development is best achieved when nations move from aid dependency toward trade, investment, entrepreneurship, and mutually beneficial economic partnerships. Matching U.S. business leaders and professionals with entrepreneurs and enterprises in developing countries. The program supports national mentorship frameworks that mobilize diaspora professionals, expatriate experts, and international business leaders to contribute knowledge, investment, and mentorship toward national development objectives.
