About This Offer

The National Mentorship Office of Nigeria (NMO) provides a comprehensive capacity-building framework that promotes sustainable development through mentorship, skills development, entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategic partnerships. The program is implemented through the National Mentorship Protocol (NMP), the National Mentorship Development Strategy (NMDS), the National Head Start Development Initiative (NHSDI), and the International Integrated Water and Prosperity Centres (IIWPC) framework. The capacity-building offer includes:

The program supports the transformation of communities through the integrated development pathway: Water → Land → Food → Trade → Prosperity Target beneficiaries include government agencies, educational institutions, youth organizations, cooperatives, entrepreneurs, women-led enterprises, development organizations, and private-sector stakeholders. Expected outcomes include enhanced workforce capacity, increased entrepreneurship, improved agricultural productivity, strengthened institutions, expanded trade opportunities, job creation, and sustainable prosperity. Cost: Customized according to project scope and implementation requirements. Financing Available: Where appropriate, participating organizations may be connected to development finance institutions, private-sector investors, philanthropic organizations, trade promotion initiatives, and strategic partners through collaborations established under the National Mentorship Office, NHSDI, IIWPC, Commodity for Aid (CFA) Campaign, American Mentorship Ambassadors (AMA) Elite Club, Billionaires in Solidarity (BIS), and the U.S.–Nigeria Shared Prosperity Framework.
