About This Offer

Purdue develops collaborative research partnerships through sponsored research, faculty exchanges, visiting scholars, research centers, joint laboratories, collaborative grant proposals, student exchanges, technology development, and multidisciplinary research initiatives. Partnerships are designed to strengthen research capability, accelerate innovation, expand global scientific collaboration, and develop long-term institutional relationships. Funding models vary and may include sponsored research agreements, grants, government funding, philanthropic support, consortium membership, or jointly funded initiatives.

Research collaborations are subject to faculty availability, funding, institutional priorities, research compliance requirements, export control regulations, and applicable university agreements.

U.S. government agencies, allied governments, private sector companies, and international organizations are invited to submit offers for inclusion in the library. All submissions are reviewed for alignment with Trade Over Aid principles.
