About This Offer

True Prophecy Integrated Development Actors (TIDA Rwanda) is a youth-led, faith-based, non-profit organization providing capacity building, technical assistance, and practical training in climate action, biodiversity conservation, ecosystem restoration, climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy, women's economic empowerment, youth leadership, and organizational development. Our services include community-based ecosystem restoration, indigenous tree nursery establishment, conservation of threatened tree species, agroforestry, watershed management, climate adaptation, environmental education, clean cooking technologies, green enterprise development, project design, monitoring and evaluation, partnership development, and Training of Trainers (ToT). Through the NTIBIZIME Tree Nursery Project, TIDA conserves endangered indigenous tree species, propagates genetically diverse seedlings, restores degraded ecosystems around Akagera National Park, and supports long-term species recovery. The nursery currently maintains over 25,600 seedlings and has benefited more than 1,000 women, youth, and farmers. Through the Women Eco-Project, TIDA trains women-led cooperatives to convert agricultural waste into fully carbonized eco-fuel briquettes that are 30–35% cheaper than charcoal and produce approximately 75% lower CO₂ emissions. The initiative has demonstrated the capacity to serve 11,200+ households, create 2,200+ green jobs, and save approximately 88 trees for every ton of briquettes produced, providing a scalable model for clean energy, circular economy, and women's economic empowerment. Training is delivered through workshops, field demonstrations, technical coaching, mentorship, exchange visits, demonstration sites, and customized technical advisory services for governments, NGOs, faith-based organizations, schools, cooperatives, and development partners. Cost: Services are provided through customized partnership arrangements. Costs depend on the scope, duration, participant numbers, and location of each assignment. Donor-supported or co-financed capacity-building programs may also be available depending on partner arrangements.

Limitations

Capacity-building programs are delivered subject to staff availability, mutually agreed implementation schedules, participant numbers, travel logistics, language requirements, visa regulations where applicable, and partnership arrangements. Training programmes are customized to local contexts and institutional needs. There is no fixed expiration date for this offer, and TIDA welcomes long-term collaboration with governments, development agencies, civil society organizations, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, and private sector partners to jointly strengthen sustainable development capacity.
