World Trade Center Delaware offers a comprehensive trade and investment capacity-building platform that connects businesses, governments, entrepreneurs, educational institutions, and development organizations to global markets and strategic partnerships. The program supports developing countries through practical trade-led development initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, workforce development, export readiness, investment attraction, and international commercial cooperation. Capacity-building services include:

The program supports implementation of strategic development initiatives including:
- NHDC–Global Headstart Joint Venture LLC (NHDC-GHJV)
- International Integrated Water and Prosperity Centres (IIWPC) across Nigeria's 36 States and FCT
- Water and Prosperity Youth Alliance (WaPYA) youth workforce and leadership development initiative
- Commodity for Aid (CFA) Campaign, which promotes the transition from aid dependency to trade-driven prosperity
- U.S.–Nigeria Shared Prosperity Framework initiatives
