About This Offer
Purdue works with governments and institutions to develop long-term strategies in areas such as innovation policy, digital transformation, workforce development, higher education modernization, agricultural modernization, technology ecosystems, research strategy, entrepreneurship, and institutional capability. Advisory engagements combine Purdue's multidisciplinary expertise with practical implementation approaches, helping organizations build sustainable institutional capacity that supports economic growth, resilience, and shared prosperity. Engagements may be delivered through advisory services, executive workshops, technical assistance, research collaborations, customized programs, or public-private partnerships. Funding may be provided through client sponsorship, grants, development organizations, or collaborative initiatives.
Limitations
Strategic advisory services are customized for each partner and are subject to faculty availability, institutional priorities, funding, and mutually agreed scopes of work. There is no fixed expiration date.

U.S. government agencies, allied governments, private sector companies, and international organizations are invited to submit offers for inclusion in the library. All submissions are reviewed for alignment with Trade Over Aid principles.
