Purdue's innovation portfolio spans a broad range of strategic sectors, including agriculture and food systems, semiconductors and microelectronics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, biotechnology, healthcare and medical technologies, pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, robotics and automation, aerospace and aviation, quantum science and engineering, cybersecurity, defense technologies, digital infrastructure, energy systems, advanced materials, climate and sustainability, transportation, and other emerging technologies.
