Get R4R (Ready for Review). An AI-agentic platform that integrates work management systems (such as Jira or Azure DevOps) with code repositories (such as GitLab or GitHub) to turn tickets into review-ready Merge Requests automatically. A R4R Project is defined by six simple parameters — board, source column, progress column, Ready for Review column, repository, and base branch — and once configured, the platform monitors the board, dispatches an AI coding agent whenever a ticket lands in the source column, and opens a linked Merge Request in the Ready for Review column once the change is implemented. Code is never merged automatically: a human reviewer always remains the final gate. R4R can be adopted in two flexible modes — self-service, where the client's team operates the platform end-to-end with standard support, or assisted, where R4R's engineering team partners with the client to bootstrap projects, fine-tune the agent to their codebase, and provide hands-on operational support.
