Limitations

Funding was provided via FAA 632(a) transfer of budget authority between State and DOE. As part of the agreement, there are several buckets of funding that are constrained to an albeit long list of developing countries. One set of funding expires 9/30/27, and the other expires 9/30/28.

Have a capacity building offer to share?

U.S. government agencies, allied governments, private sector companies, and international organizations are invited to submit offers for inclusion in the library. All submissions are reviewed for alignment with Trade Over Aid principles.
