GIE GROUP offers an integrated set of engineering services for heavy industry: Technical Inspection: non-destructive testing (NDT), personnel/equipment certified inspection (PEC), and proprietary tools such as Esys 10 for inspection management. Asset Reliability and Integrity: RBI (Risk Based Inspection) analysis, FFS (Fitness for Service) assessments, and failure/risk analysis aimed at extending the safe operating life of critical facilities. IOT and Remote Monitoring: sensors and platforms for real-time tracking of operational and integrity variables. Applied Data Science: Business Intelligence dashboards (GIE BI), ETL processes, and AI models supporting commercial and technical decision-making. Services are delivered modularly (they can be contracted independently or as an integrated package) and are adapted to both large operators and suppliers within the energy and mining value chain. Cost varies depending on scope, asset type, work volume, and contract modality (standalone project vs. framework agreement); direct financing is not offered, but milestone-based or monthly billing schemes are available depending on the service type and client.
