About This Offer

Not every organisation is ready to enter a formal programme, and not every individual belongs to one. AI Skills Navigator exists to remove that barrier: it is open, free, and requires nothing beyond an internet connection. Content is organised into hand-crafted, interest-based playlists by role — including faculty, nonprofit, student, developer, IT professional, data professional, security professional, sales, marketing, customer service, and executive tracks. A participant selects the track closest to their work rather than navigating a general catalogue. Material spans short introductory modules through to structured learning paths and recognised credentials, drawing on Microsoft Learn and LinkedIn Learning. Topics include foundational AI literacy, responsible AI practice, applying AI within an organisation, and AI strategy and governance for leaders. For the purposes of this library, AI Skills Navigator serves two roles. It is a complete offer in its own right for individuals and organisations who want to start today. It is also the natural first step for anyone who later joins a structured Microsoft Elevate programme — governments and partners can point citizens or staff to it immediately while a formal partnership is still being discussed. Who it is for

  • Individuals in any role seeking AI skills
  • Small organisations without a formal technology partnership
  • Governments and agencies wanting an immediate, no-agreement referral point for citizens
  • Participants in other programmes looking for supplementary material
