About This Offer

The American Mentorship Building Society (AMBS) is a U.S.-based capacity-building initiative that mobilizes experienced American professionals, business leaders, educators, and subject-matter experts to share practical knowledge with partner countries. The program offers: Executive and business mentorship programs. Workforce development and leadership training. Entrepreneurship and SME capacity building. Trade readiness and export preparedness. Public-private partnership facilitation. Business matchmaking with American companies. Digital skills and innovation workshops. Youth and women entrepreneurship development. Institutional mentoring for government agencies, chambers of commerce, universities, and business associations. AMBS emphasizes sustainable knowledge transfer rather than financial assistance by helping local institutions build long-term capacity through mentorship, professional exchange, and commercial collaboration. Training may be delivered virtually or in person through workshops, seminars, executive mentoring, and specialized trade missions. Most introductory mentorship and networking activities are offered at no cost. Advanced training programs, customized institutional consulting, international exchanges, and specialized workshops may require participant or sponsor funding. AMBS also works with governments, philanthropic organizations, development finance institutions, and private-sector partners to identify potential funding opportunities where available.
