About This Offer

SPARK offers international engineering and technical assistance services covering conceptual, basic, and detail engineering (FEED), Owner's Engineering, process safety studies (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL/LOPA), and EPC documentation review for Oil & Gas, Energy, and Mining infrastructure projects, including upstream, midstream, gas processing, NGL fractionation, and LNG facilities. With over 170 professionals based in Argentina and international technical partnerships, SPARK can support developing countries' governments and private operators in building technical capacity for energy infrastructure development. Services are offered on a fee-for-service basis at competitive market rates, scoped per engagement; SPARK does not provide direct project financing but can partner with EPC contractors or development finance institutions to structure blended engineering-plus-financing offers where appropriate.

Limitations

Availability subject to current project workload and team capacity; scope, timeline, and pricing to be defined per specific engagement; offer valid for new project engagements over the next 12-18 months.
