Meta Western Hemisphere Digital and AI Capacity Partnership
Meta is partnering with national governments, chambers of commerce, and regional institutions across the Western Hemisphere to build transferable digital and AI capacity — AI skills for developers, SMB competitiveness, and government service modernization — designed to be owned and scaled locally as a foundation for trade-driven economic growth.
About This Offer
Meta pledges to help partner nations across the Western Hemisphere build the digital and AI capacity that underpins modern, trade-driven economies. Consistent with the Trade Over Aid principle that development is most durable when it is commercially viable, Meta's contribution is transferable capability: AI skills for developers, SMB competitiveness, and government service modernization— delivered in partnership with national governments, chambers of commerce, and regional institutions, and designed to be owned and scaled locally. Geographic scope: Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Honduras, Panama, Paraguay — with a framework designed to extend to additional Western Hemisphere partners.
